Our shop is designed for Paypal members. If you do not have Paypal account and want
to use our services please e-mail us - we can accept bank transfer and personal
cheque payments as well.
POSTAGE / SHIPPING
All orders are mailed in plain parcels by Royal Mail registered delivery.
We regret we can not mail goods to PO boxes. Shipping charges are as follows:

FULFILLING ORDERS
Most items are kept in stock and we operate a rolling back order system with our manufacturers to ensure
items are be back in stock in the shortest possible time frame. We aim to ship stock orders the next working
day and all non-stock orders within 7 to 21 days. In the unlikely event of supply difficulties where we unable
to dispatch goods within 28 days, the customer will have the option to change the order to an alternative style
or cancel the order. If the customer wishes to cancel the order a full refund will then be made.
We will usually be able to notify you within 72 hours on the status of your order.
Please note that at the checkout it is important to provide a valid email address so that we can email you your order
confirmation and also to let you know when your order has been dispatched. We do not keep email addresses on file and
we do not send ANY spam email or special offer newsletters to our customers. You are safe providing your
permanent email address.
RETURNS POLICY
All returned goods must be in their original condition
with tags and packaging. All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. (or 7th January for all Christmas
orders placed during December. You will first need to email us with your reason for wishing to return the goods to obtain
a returns number. It is helpful to know your reason for wishing to make a return so that we can improve our service and
our quality of stock. After you have made the return we will then credit your account to the value of the goods, less postage
packing and, in case of paypal payment, less cost of a transaction. Please note that all goods are inspected for defects before
dispatch and passed for quality control.
Postage costs are not refundable and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods.
